Heritage House consists of one and two bedroom apartments that include heat and hot water. All of our residents enjoy the opportunity to socialize or watch movies and sporting events in our community room complete with a tasting kitchen. Heritage House residents also enjoy spending time in the shared community garden nestled within the wooded borders of the pristine landscape. The community offers several monthly activities including weekly exercise class, bingo, birthday events and holiday gatherings. Enjoy our Senior-centric fitness center, on-site hair salon and community wellness center.
Please note that Heritage House currently has a wait list, and eligibility is determined by the income limits. Monthly rent equals 30% of Adjusted Gross Income. Please contact us for further information.
